Refund policy

Our refund policy depends on the type of product ordered.

A. Custom Products (Photo Paint by Numbers)

Because these products are made specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.

No refunds or returns for:

            •          Change of mind

            •          Wrong photo uploaded

            •          Artistic preference

Refund or replacement only if:

            •          Product arrives damaged

            •          Manufacturing defect occurs

            •          Wrong item is sent

B. Non-Custom Products (Ready-Made Paintings)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

            •          Item is unused

            •          Original packaging is intact 

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Claim Process:

            •          Contact within 7 days of delivery

            •          Provide photo evidence

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
