1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to place orders.

2. Products and Services

Colormix Art sells:

            •          Custom photo paint by numbers kits

            •          Non-custom ready-made paintings

3. Custom Product Disclaimer

Custom products are created from customer-uploaded images. Final results may vary due to:

            •          Photo resolution

            •          Lighting conditions

            •          Color limitations of printing and paints

Minor color differences do not qualify as defects.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that uploaded images:

            •          Belong to them or they have permission to use them

            •          Do not violate copyrights or laws

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and branding are property of Colormix Art and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and report suspicious activities.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Colormix Art is not responsible for indirect damages, emotional distress, or financial losses caused by delayed shipments or artistic differences.

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws.
